Headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, UPDS provides seamless, door-to-door packages for movement of bulk commodities, industrial products, and merchandise freight. UPDS also provides full-service truck brokerage to complement Union Pacific Railroad services.

What will I do?
You will spend several weeks in a training program that will develop your knowledge and skill set. Once training is completed, you will be assigned to one of the following areas:
- Marketing or Operations – Provides business management and customer service for logistics activities.
- Finance – Works with suppliers and customers to ensure timely payment.
What skills do I need to begin?
You'll need a four-year college degree in business, transportation or a logistics-related discipline. Skills in interpersonal communications, organization and time management are important. You also should be goal-oriented with plenty of leadership potential. UPDS employees show strong problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.</< p>
