Intermodal Cross-town Drayage Management
The Carrier Services Omaha office manages all of UPRR’s Intermodal cross-town drayage movements throughout UPRR’s vast Intermodal Network. Carrier Services develops short-haul routes with power-only carriers, dispatches, monitors and pays for these moves. Carrier Services handles thousands of cross-town loads, empties and equipment repositioning to and from UPRR system ramps and other railroad rail ramps in Illinois, Missouri , Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, California, Oregon and Washington on a monthly basis.

UPRR EMP "Paper Ramp" Management
The Carrier Services Omaha office contracts, sets up, monitors, manages, pays, and problem solves all UPRR EMP Outreach Paper Ramp Operators.

UPRR Passport Service
The Carrier Services Laredo Office brokers Mexican Motor Carriers (Power Only) to support the ramp-to-door southbound or the door-to-ramp northbound Passport Product. Carrier Services also provides local Drayage and Bridge-&-Transfer Services to complete this added-value Intermodal service for our IMC Customers.

Intermodal Service Recovery Management
Carrier Services coordinates services to expedite Intermodal containers/trailers anywhere in North America.

Intermodal Line of Road Load Shift Management
Through a network of contracted Suppliers and Carriers, Carrier Services coordinates the services needed to rework  and expedite loads that have shifted in route on the UPRR network.
